This strategy seeks to establish protocol-owned liquidity (POL), ensuring long-term stability and generating recurring revenue for the DAO through trading fees. **Bond Treasury Address**: 0xa7865ECE6DAB013E7131983b943c2c75D7Fa0D1F **UP Token Amount**: 6092920000000000000000000 UP @ $0.01313 ~ $80,000 at the time of proposal creation ### Current Liquidity Challenges - **Short-Term Incentives**: The existing liquidity incentives are temporary and may not attract long-term liquidity providers (LPs). - **Potential Illiquidity**: Once incentives are depleted, liquidity might diminish, leading to increased volatility and hindering UP token adoption. ### Proposed Solution 1. **Liquidity Bond Sale**: - **Objective**: Raise approximately $68,000 by selling $80,000 worth of UP tokens via ApeBond. - **Use of Funds**: The proceeds will be deployed into an ICHI-managed V3 position on Uniswap to establish POL. 2. **ICHI Single-Token Deposit Vault**: - **Functionality**: Deploy an ICHI vault to manage the UP/ETH pool, mitigating impermanent loss and attracting ETH liquidity. - **Benefits**: Enhances price support for UP tokens and provides a user-friendly, single-token deposit mechanism. ### Implementation Plan 1. **Liquidity Bond Sale**: - ApeBond will execute a bond sale of $80,000 worth of UP tokens. - Tokens sold will have a 45-day vesting period. - The sale will be promoted across community channels to maximize participation. 2. **ICHI Vault Deployment**: - Deploy an ICHI vault to manage the UP/ETH liquidity pool on Uniswap (Base). - Deposit the $68,000 raised into the vault, ensuring liquidity support. 3. **Liquidity Management**: - ICHI will monitor the performance of the V3 position, including liquidity depth and impermanent loss. - Parameters will be adjusted as needed to align with market conditions. 4. **Ongoing Reporting**: - Regular updates will be provided to the DAO on the liquidity pool's performance and revenue generation. - Feedback from the community will be used to refine strategies. ### Factors to Consider - **UP Token Price**: If the token price declines during the bond sale, proceeds may be lower than expected.
