Overview

I propose to serve as the Steward for Operations and Coordination within the Unlock Protocol DAO, focusing on amplifying product development, fostering partnerships, and strengthening business planning processes. My part-time engagement will ensure that I have enough time to be an integral part of the wider ecosystem to leverage valuable contacts for our DAO. In the past year, as Lead Steward, I have dedicated my time to internal organization. While a part of me will still be devoted to that, the larger part (about 75%) will go to external efforts.

Commitments & Responsibilities

Operations & Coordination (internally focused)

- Ensure ongoing coordination of key DAO operational initiatives.

- Act as the second point of contact for viable technical and infrastructural partnerships (Scout Game, Arbitrum, Avalanche, CELO, etc.) and actively support our Ambassadors.

- Provide regular updates to the DAO on progress and roadblocks.

Product Development Oversight

- Collaborate with stewards and contributors to conceptualize and oversee new product features.

- Active collaborations for regular virtual or physical hackathons to make Unlock Protocol more known and more features getting built (e.g., the upcoming one with Ethereum Bolivia x Scout Game).

- Create and maintain a product idea roadmap in collaboration with @Team Unlock#0250.

Business Planning & Finance Collaboration

- Develop and iterate the business plan with our Steward for Finances & Resources aka @andreugm.

- Identify strategic opportunities for sustainable growth, including revenue streams and community incentives.

Partnerships & Grant Applications

- Proactively research and apply for relevant grants benefiting Unlock Protocol.

- Actively applying for other opportunities to get exposure for Unlock Protocol (e.g. application to showcase during Devconnect).

The UP is dependent on the following

- 50k UP for managing, actively posting, and growing the Unlock Protocol Farcaster profile (https://farcaster.xyz/unlock-protocol).

- 100k UP for maintaining and actively publishing on the Unlock Protocol Paragraph page (https://paragraph.com/@unlockprotocol) as well as managing the weekly DAO Calls.
