Goal of the Proposal

This proposal seeks approval for Unlock DAO to co-sponsor an event hosted by Hats Protocol during ETHDenver 2025. The event aims to celebrate the launch of Hats DAO and foster collaboration within the Hats ecosystem. Co-sponsorship involves a contribution of 1,000 USDC.

• Venue: Blind Tiger Lounge, Denver, CO
• Co-Sponsors: Decent, Lemma, Tally, and Unlock

Benefits for Unlock DAO

• Brand Exposure: Inclusion of Unlock's name in the event title and description, along with logo placement on event materials.
• Community Engagement: Opportunity for a brief address to attendees (~30 seconds) to introduce Unlock Protocol.
• Merchandise Distribution: Ability to distribute Unlock-branded merchandise during the event.
• RSVP Management: Access to the RSVP list for approval purposes.
• Post-Event Outreach: Inclusion in the thank-you note sent to attendees, with information on Unlock and its integration with Hats Protocol.

Financial Commitment

• Total Sponsorship Request: 1,000 USDC
• Event Budget: Estimated at 6,500 USDC, covering an open bar, food, DJ, and venue costs. Hats Protocol will cover the remaining expenses.
