1) Reward Community Proposals

• Budget: 1,000,000 UP

• Purpose: Incentivize community contributions such as:
  • Retroactive Quadratic Funding (Retro QF)
  • Community-generated proposals

2) Marketing Strategy

• Target Budget: $25,000 USD
• UP Equivalent: 20M UP
• ETH Budget: 1.2 ETH (from approved Carrot Castle proposal, pending spending)

• Social media advertising (TikTok, X, LinkedIn)
• Content creation via new incentivized 5-pillar model
• Partnerships & collaborations (product building, bounties, hackathons)

• Growth campaigns across Web3 communities

3) Spanish Localization Initiative

• Purpose: Translate Unlock website & documentation into Spanish
