# Greetings Locksmiths!

So I'm here, once again, to propose a steward role for myself 😂

With the changes to DAO structure and a reduction in budget and scope of the Steward program I have to step back from taking on an Governance and Membership advocacy role. I can, however continue to host the weekly calls and produce the monthly newsletter. Now that I've been doing it for awhile, ya'll have a good idea on if you think it's worth it to pay me to continue! 😆

This proposal is for a 6 month commitment running from April, 2026 until September 2026.

So let's break it down:

### Expectations:

- host the weekly DAO Call

- post the C2A for the agenda in Discord every Sunday

- ping all leaders for updates from their area of focus

- look for community updates in Discord and TG

- host the monthly roundup (1st weekly call of each month)

- create attendance badge on Unlock

- draft newsletter for Stella to review and post

### Time & Compensation:

- 1 hour each week for the call

- 30 min each week for prep

- 1.5 hours each month for newsletter & badge

= 7.5 hours

x $35/hour for skilled labor

= $262.50 per month

I would be willing to split this up into partial USDC and partial $UP:

175 $USDC

30k $UP
