One proposal was put onchain before and paid out to the receiver stellaachenbach.eth, but as there was a lack of funds at that time, Stella sent back the 250USDC to the contract to make up for it so another proposal could be executed. For further context, see the following two transactions:
Hence, this proposal contains the refund she upfronted to the original organizers of the Tech Fusion event.
The merchandise produced for ETH Denver will also be utilized for ETH Cinco de Mayo. No additional cost has been generated but instead resources are being distributed across two blockchain events.
