We are happy to share our report for milestone #2 of our Si Her Unlock Value grant for your review. We have waited to submit our second milestone since September 2024 due to the vesting request. Additionally, I have been supporting Unlock as an ambassador and have outlined opportunities and events below that have occurred over these last months outside of the grant milestone. My organization and SI<3> look forward to continuing our long-term partnership with Unlock and continuing to expand awareness and adoption of Unlock events, certifications, and subscriptions.

Si Her Unlock Value Milestone #1: Awareness Building/Top of Marketing Funnel Workshops

We hosted these two workshops introducing Unlock to our community leader and event organizer network:

1) Si Her Unlock Value: For Community Leaders - 30 community leaders invited, 15 Unlock NFT’s claimed, 9 attendees

2) Si Her Unlock Value: For Event Organizers - 50 event organizers invited, 19 Unlock NFT’s claimed, 14 attendees

Si Her Unlock Value Milestone #2: Metrics Report

This is the summary of the workshop activities:

• Total 80 invites to events across our networks on LinkedIn, email and in our Telegram groups
• Total 35 NFT claims, and roughly 25 attendees to the two Unlock virtual workshops
• Conversions are unknown, as we don't have a way to track referrals at this time.**feature request!

Additional Ambassador Activities:

These are additional awareness-building activities that happened outside of our grant activities, demonstrating how we appreciate the value of Unlock and introduce the protocol within the industry:

1) Invited Stella to present at our FIXX session, demo’ing Unlock’s certifications to organizations such as EducationDAO, CryptoConexion, and Push Protocol, and created an Unlock event to invite companies: https://app.unlock-protocol.com/event/fixx-season-1-finale-community-health-inclusion-1

3) Inviting Unlock to present certifications in our upcoming Grow3dge Accelerator program in ‘How-To’s for Incentivizing Learning: Certifications, Rewards and More’ presenting to an estimated 15+ companies.
