Strategic Sponsorship to Ethereum Bolivia at ETH Bolivia 2025 Buildathon
This proposal seeks to establish a strategic partnership between Unlock DAO and the Ethereum Bolivia community as part of the upcoming ETH Bolivia 2025 Buildathon, to be held on August 1–3, 2025 in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
Beyond a standard sponsorship, this initiative aims to:
- Activate DAO-aligned bounties.
- Deepen community contributions to the Unlock ecosystem.
- Open an onboarding path for new DAO contributors in Latin America.
- Leverage the proven capacity of the Ethereum Bolivia community to deliver local impact and meaningful global collaboration.
Context & Motivation
Unlock Protocol has already been actively used by the Ethereum Bolivia community for:
- Ticketing for Buildathons, workshops and meetups (2024–2025)
- NFT Certifications for educational content and activities
Additionally, community members have previously contributed directly to the DAO, including:
- Developed frontend and backend in the Advent Calendar Campaign.
- Technical feedback, use cases, and integrations shared in governance spaces.
Given the current focus of the DAO on growing usage and contributors, this Buildathon is an opportunity to test a new contribution path for devs and organizers: building on Unlock + contributing to its ecosystem via a real-world bounty challenge.

We propose a $2,500 USD partnership, distributed as follows:
