Background and Context (About the founder)
P2E INFERNO was founded by <u>Danny Thomx.</u> A web3 innovator, developer, educator, and community builder. Danny has been an active participant in the Ethereum ecosystem since 2021, <u>building open source prototypes</u> and contributing to Open source protocols such as GitcoinDAO (Moonshot collective–Now sunset), <u>Unlock Protocol</u>, <u>Optimism</u>, and <u>Scaffold-eth</u>. On the education and community building front, Danny has planned and executed number of high-impact events such as:

Knowledge and insights gathered from these experiences necessitated the development of the P2E INFERNO App; a gamified quest-style educational platform built to facilitate the education, onboarding, and community-building endeavors in a scalable, measurable, fun, and rewarding way.

Our bootcamp modules are priced in USDC and fiat. Starting from $10 and N15000, respectively, bootcamp enrollments made via direct crypto payments accrue revenue to the protocol through the 1% protocol fee.
- Fiat-to-Key Conversion - Paystack integration ensures accessibility:
This allows easy onboarding of local non-crypto users. Through our integration with Paystack, users can choose to pay for bootcamp enrollments in the local currency via Paystack and have the cohort key minted to their Privy embedded wallet or connected wallet address.

Our Flagship bootcamp, ‘Infernal Sparks’, is recurring; therefore, a new cohort will be launched continuously once the ongoing one is completed.

In addition to the bootcamp enrollment revenue, the platform has a monthly recurring subscription priced in DG Token, which is pegged to UP token. As we develop more products and services other premium models and features will be rolled out.

- The reserve for rewards & token liquidity helps ensure that participants receive meaningful incentives throughout the bootcamp. Locking UP tokens in the vendor aligns incentives for long‑term engagement and provides a sustainable pool for future reward campaigns.
- In this phase, marketing spend will prioritize organic channels and community partnerships rather than heavy paid advertising, ensuring cost‑effective outreach.
Disbursement plan
To ensure transparency and measurable impact, the requested funds will be disbursed in two installments aligned with project milestones and DAO evaluation
- Initial Funding (Execution Phase) — $1,750 in ETH + 50,000 UP
Covers early-stage execution costs, including infrastructure setup (i.e $500 Rewards Token Liquidity Reserve), operational logistics ($500), marketing and outreach ($500), and partial development support (specifically, this includes $250 from the development allocation to fund foundational features work).
- Post-Evaluation Funding (Impact Phase) — $1750 in ETH + 50,000 UP
Released after the DAO review of milestone deliverables and impact assessment. This second tranche will fund the remaining development activities. The UP tokens will be used for long-term governance participation of P2E INFERNO.

Milestone 3 — Bootcamp Execution & Participant Onboarding

Objective: Launch and manage the pilot cohort of the P2E INFERNO Bootcamp.
