The 3-month-long campaign consists of various repetitive mentions and explanations around the Unlock Protocol, as well as direct invitations for our stewards to discuss the protocol and its functions in more depth. To be more specific:

• Read-outs of your sponsorship, call to action, and links during Morning Show livestream/recorded broadcasts & backchannel mentions (Discord & Circle).
• Posting of an affiliate link to your products on our "Recommended Tools & Deals Webpage" to help accumulate data and track conversions/onboards.
• Tagging Unlock accounts for easy sharing/cross-promotion in social posts; organic amplification of your company/key personnel's relevant posts to broaden the reach of your work and deepen the affiliation with our audience
• Option for guests from Unlock to join two (2) live broadcasts during the duration of the contract OR substitute appearances w/dedicated live segments on your product; option for you to use/repurpose these recordings
• Product placement on our hosts during multiple live streams or in recorded content--shirts, hats, stickers, or **A CUSTOM MUG** would be incredible.
• Organic mentions of your product wherever applicable (ie in short form video content about cold storage, comments, live/recorded classes, digital products, coaching calls, and community forums)
• Use of your product for Proof-of-Attendance (in lieu of POAP) or to gate access to at least one event during the duration of the sponsorship, so our audience can try the experience for themselves.

Payment Conditions

• Step 1 (action of this proposal): Sending a bit more than $9,000 worth of ETH to the Unlock DAO multi-sig wallet on Base: 0xf88e5D0A879a709d0B1cB794d5E0b8c61783cA10
• Step 2: Swap the ETH to USDC at a convenient time to save money via the Uniswap V3 on Base (0.05% fee tier)
• Transfer $4,500 USDC as a first payment at the start of the campaign to 0xa247539785eAD7040D0e070A2F24A320B193AdFE
• Transfer the second payment at the 45-day mark of $4,500 USDC to 0xa247539785eAD7040D0e070A2F24A320B193AdFE
